So I wonder if the rpcnetp process is using the iexplore process somehow. I noticed that the other times when it doesnt start, iexplore.exe also doesnt start. Rpcnetp.exe also starts on startup about 80% of the time. But I am not brave enough to attempt that at this point. i have done a lot of research on it, and have come to realize that only editing and flashing with a modified BIOS will solve it. Dont ask me why it is doing this, because I never ordered computrace for my laptop, but i might have enabled something by accident while adjusting settings in the BIOS and now it thinks it is supposed to start but its not.
